Chocolate ice cream

Chocolate ice cream
Ingredients:
1. A hafe liter cream milk
2. A can of condensed milk
3. 240 dark chocolate chips
Method:
Take two bowls. The smaller bowl needs to be micro wove safe. We will start with 240 grams of dark chocolate put it in the bowl then put bowl in the micro wave for 30 - 40 seconds. After 30 - 40 seconds are done, we will take it out, mix it up and will repeat it until it's completely melted. When our hot chocolate is ready then the bowl that you'll beat the chilled cream in freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour. So that our chilled cream becomes thick and fluffy after beating and controls it's temperature for this process. Add chilled cream to your chilled bowl beat till thick and stiff peak form. When it's thick enough we'll add condensed milk which is also chilled. And again mix it really well. Add chocolate  and mix it very well. Transfer from bowl to any airtight container and put it in our freezer for about 6 to 8 hours.
After 6 to 8 hours serve up yummy chocolate ice cream.
