Vanilla ice cream recipe
Ingredients:
1. A hafe liter cream milk
2. A can of condensed milk
3. Vanilla essence 1/2 tspn
Method:
Firstly, the bowl that you'll beat the chilled cream in freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour. So that our chilled cream becomes thick and fluffy after beating and controls it's temperature for this process. Add chilled cream to your chilled bowl beat till thick and stiff peak form. When it's thick enough we'll add condensed milk which is also chilled. And again mix it really well. Add vanilla and mix it. Transfer from bowl to any airtight container and put it in our freezer for about 6 to 8 hours.
After 6 to 8 hours serve up yummy vanilla ice cream.
